Pipes and Rage tells the story of a young person searching for belonging and finding it within a radicalized movement. Driven by anger, rituals, and the promise of a new “king,” violence slowly becomes normalized — until it reaches his own doorstep.
When the apartment door of his uncle is rammed open, a man who stood for kindness, calm, and decency, something shifts. Not the door, but certainty. Doubt enters a space once filled only with slogans. Musically, the track blends raw energy with marching rhythms, dark drones, and hymn-like passages. Bagpipe elements, distorted voices, and dense sound layers reflect the inner conflict between loyalty and conscience. Pipes and Rage is not a call to action — it is a question: What remains when rage turns against what you love? |
